LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime cleaning and polishing service, as well as a checkup to ensure that the stones are fixed on your nails.

At Cherry Coll ® we guarantee that your pieces will last a lifetime. They are created with the best quality standards and the best materials, all are delicately inspected prior to shipment so we ensure that they are free of any defect for delivery.

That is why we offer you a 2-month factory defect warranty on each of your pieces considering the following:

• Parts that are damaged, altered or used by the customer cannot be considered for exchanges or refunds.
• The guarantee request must be submitted within a maximum of 60 days from the moment your package arrived, otherwise no exchange or refund can be made.
• To apply the factory defect repair guarantee, it will be subject to inspection and review by our jewelers. If they determine that it is not manufacturing damage, you will be promptly notified.
